The product will be replaced or Return only if you receive a damaged product or the wrong product. We recommend you to make a video while opening the parcel so that if there is a damaged product you have proof of it. You can upload the video in your account Return button within 3 days of delivery. where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.
We will send you the replacement or refund as soon as possible. If a video is not made while opening the parcel we will not be able to help you in any way. In case you demand a refund, Your amount will be return back within 5-7 working days to the original payment mode. In case you have ordered through COD our customer service team will contact you for a refund.
