Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At our store, every product is carefully handcrafted and personalized according to the details provided by our customers. We are committed to delivering premium-quality customized gifts and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for every customer.
Please read our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Personalized & Customized Products
Since most of our products are custom-made and specially created according to customer requirements, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Customized products
- Personalized products with names, photos, messages, dates, logos, or artwork
- Products created according to customer specifications
- Gift items made on special request
Customers are requested to carefully review all customization details before placing an order.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product
We understand that issues can occasionally occur during production or shipping.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- A wrong item
- Incorrect customization from our side
Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your request, you must provide:
- Order Number
- Clear unboxing video
- Product photographs
- Images showing the issue
Without proper proof, replacement or refund requests may not be approved.
3. Replacement Policy
Eligible products may qualify for a replacement if:
- Product arrives damaged
- Manufacturing defect is found
- Wrong product is delivered
- Customization error is caused by our team
Once approved, a replacement will be processed without additional charges.
Replacement requests submitted after the allowed timeframe may not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
- Product is unavailable after order confirmation
- Replacement cannot be arranged
- Order is cancelled by our team
- Verified damage or defect where replacement is not possible
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that any Partial payment, such as a COD amount, is non-refundable under any circumstances. Shipping charges are also non-refundable.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
5. Order Cancellation
Before Production
Orders may be cancelled within a limited period before personalization or production begins.
After Production Starts
Once customization, printing, engraving, designing, or manufacturing has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted because the product is specially created for that customer and cannot be resold.
6. Return Eligibility
Returns may only be accepted for non-personalized products if:
- Product is unused
- Product is in original packaging
- Product is in resalable condition
- Return request is submitted within 3 days of delivery
Return approval is subject to inspection by our team.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Customized products
- Personalized gifts
- Digital products
- Gift cards
- Clearance sale items
- Special occasion products
- Bulk customized orders
- Corporate gifting orders
8. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
If a replacement is approved due to an error from our side, we will bear the replacement shipping cost.
If a return is approved for any other eligible reason, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
9. Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, return shipping, handling charges, and any applicable losses may be deducted before processing any eligible refund.
For customized products, refused deliveries are not eligible for refund.
