  • Customized and personalized products may require additional preparation time depending on design complexity.
  • During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders within India. Any special shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4–10 business days

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect information, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
